Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this latest photograph release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying various parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
